Email us

For all editorial enquiries, the best way to reach us is by email:

[email protected]

This goes directly to the editorial team. There is no ticket system, no chatbot and no auto-responder. We aim to reply within a few business days, though response times may be longer during busy periods.

Corrections

If you spot an error on DigiTrac — a wrong date, an incorrect venue name, a broken link, or any factual inaccuracy — please let us know. Corrections are our highest editorial priority and we aim to action them within 24 hours of receiving them.

When reporting a correction, please include:

  • The page URL or event name where the error appears.
  • A description of the error (what it currently says versus what it should say).
  • A source link or reference if available — this helps us verify quickly.

Email corrections to [email protected] with "Correction" in the subject line.

Submit an event

If you know about an upcoming casino, gaming or entertainment event at a licensed Australian venue that is not yet on our event grid, we welcome submissions. All submissions are reviewed editorially — we do not guarantee listing, and we may edit details for clarity and consistency.

To submit an event, email [email protected] with the following:

  • Event name
  • Date(s) or expected date range
  • Venue and city
  • Event format — expo, poker series, entertainment night, conference, charity gala, awareness campaign, etc.
  • Link to official event page (venue website, organiser announcement or regulator listing)
  • Audience — trade-only, public, invitation-based, etc.

We are particularly interested in responsible gambling awareness events, industry conferences and community events at licensed venues that may not receive broad media coverage.

What we do not list: Online gambling promotions, operator marketing campaigns, betting odds or tip-sheet events. Our scope is physical events at licensed Australian venues, plus national awareness campaigns.

General enquiries

For anything else — feedback on the site, questions about our editorial policy, media enquiries or partnership proposals — email [email protected].

A few notes on things we cannot help with:

  • Ticket purchases — we do not sell or broker event tickets. Contact the venue or organiser directly.
  • Gambling accounts — we are not affiliated with any gambling operator and cannot assist with account issues, deposits or withdrawals.
  • Venue complaints — venue-related complaints should be directed to the venue management or the relevant state gambling regulator.
  • Self-exclusion requests — we cannot process self-exclusion. Visit BetStop for online wagering or contact the venue for physical self-exclusion.

For more about who we are and what this site does (and does not do), see our About page.
